With the lack of snow this year, any sign of precipitation is just beckoning the people of Utah to form a massive line at the Snowbird tramdock. God could sneeze and people would construe it as snow…the next thing you know, they are driving up Cottonwood Canyon and looking for fresh tracks. Well today was one of those days. All of Utah was expecting the “Pow day of the Year, bro.” What they got was some east coast heavy snow and broken promises from all pending lifts and their operators. We waited in line at the tram, Peruvian Express, and Wilbere before we finally got to ski. I should be grateful for the turns that we took today, however I want better skiing and snow conditions. Here is the one photo from the day. Christian Airborne on Armada ARGs (a reverse camber ski, that could have used more snow underneath it).
