The only island that is accessible within “the great Salt Lake” is Antelope Island. It plays host to boundaried Buffalo and Antelope. Antelope Island is a Mormon masterpiece. It has some of the most gorgeous beaches on the most salty lake in the US. Much like the LDS women; they are beautiful, yet too conservative or salty to approach. This analogy could most likely ramble on. So, the entire family spent the day on Antelope Island. We wonder to the top of a peak and watched many buffalo and antelope wonder how they got to be on an island in the middle of utah. The Oquirrh Mountains and Wasatch Mountains are all quite visible from the island.
