My sister turned thirty last week. She did it in the fountain of youth, Park City. Her day was a powder day at Snowbird. It received 12′ of snow the night before and we were able to rent some fat skis for both Dad and Katherine. It was both of their first times skiing on real boards on real snow. Being that it was April 25th, we had to avoid the sun and the heavy snow that it creates. However, with the lack of lines and walk on trams, we were able to circumnavigate the hill. Snowbird does a better job at creating the “best days of people’s lives” then the Chicago Cubs.
Later that night, we enjoyed dinner at Shabu: ![]()
